Each is contributing to the total transformation of the modern world—giving us solutions that let us move around faster, more efficiently, safer, and with fewer greenhouse gas emissions. Gradually, they are becoming part of our commercial fabric, and within the next 20 years they will define it. No doubt, there will be disruption as we eventually leave behind no longer viable technologies like internal combustion, but there is also the potential to save our planet from the ravages of climate change.
