Michael Poulos is the founder and principal of Middlesex Advisors, LLC and a senior adviser to Oliver Wyman, where he led the firm’s financial services practice in the Americas from 2008 through 2014.

He was at Oliver Wyman 21 years and helped build it from a dozen partners and fewer than 100 staff in New York and London into a global organization with more than 500 partners serving clients in every major geography.

Michael holds a BS in economics, magna cum laude, with concentrations in finance and political science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar. He has been quoted and published widely, including in the Economist, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
