James Warrick-Alexander is a partner at Oliver Wyman. He advises senior executives on evolving their organizations to grow profitably, building an effective workforce, and adapting to secular changes in customer needs, technology, and regulation. He has led large-scale transformation efforts at firms across North America and Europe with a primary focus on the financial services sector.

James is a native English and French speaker and has extensive experience working in both languages. He is an avid hiker, runner, and chess player.

James holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.
