Adrian, a partner based in Oliver Wyman’s London office, is a member of the Retail and Business Banking and Digital Practices, and an active participant in the CustomerFirst platform.
His primary focus is on assisting clients in developing and refining successful customer-led growth strategies. Adrian puts customers at the center of his analysis, using various research and human-centered design techniques. He strives to identify revolutionary customer insights that help reset our understanding of customer expectations. This often leads him to the exciting challenge of designing, assembling, launching, and scaling new ventures.
At Oliver Wyman, Adrian works with his team to uniquely combine skills from rich customer research, deep industry knowledge, and beautiful design to bring exciting new propositions for their clients’ customers.
Adrian believes that achieving growth ambitions is only possible through a disciplined approach that involves working hand-in-hand with your organization and your current and future customers.
Outside of work, Adrian can be found spending time in the great outdoors — hiking, biking, and swimming— with friends and family.
He studied Mechatronic Engineering at the University of Adelaide, South Australia and completed an MBA at Mannheim Business School in 2010.
